They the new chef, Jamie knows how to cook a steak 'pink' - perfect. I am one for that especially if there is some garlic - medium to well but a pink-ish centre is perfect. You really get a taste of the beef - the actual flavour - on a pink.
I don't want the steak to be red like a FENTY or MAC lipstick - something a bit blushing. I reach into my bag to find something appropriate to show him. Something cheap - easy - a Reves. He's got this in mind.
